Delivered preconstruction services and construction of a new commercial facility on an approximately 4.3-acre parcel of undeveloped land; project entailed elevating the site with structural fill roughly 3-4 feet, developing underground utilities and site services, and constructing an approximately 5,525 square foot, type V-B retail/office structure, design-build services for an approximately 11,088 square foot, type II- B structure for dry storage, and an approximately 30,492 square foot type III - A structure for covered storage.
