Growth
Executing on this philosophy is not often easy. Economic downturns and evolving building regulations make it difficult to absorb increasing costs while maintaining performance excellence. GLA Morris Construction has maintained its performance record by growing its operations responsibly from within. We had humble beginnings with Joe, Tom and three employees.
Today we have a complete staff of office professionals, superintendents and project managers handling the day-to-day operations of large-scale projects. We also employ crews of skilled craftsmen and operators including excavation & concrete crews, heavy equipment operators, plumbers, painters, and framing & finish carpenters. Many of our crew members have been with us for over 10 years and we value their contributions.
