HIDDEN CIRCLE CONDOMINIUMS

Located in the Tahoe Donner subdivision, this multi-family development sits on a 5-acre parcel. Overall, Hidden Circle features 40 condominium units housed within ten buildings. GLA Morris Construction performed all site work, including construction of all buildings from excavation to finish.

WINTER CREEK

Winter Creek Neighborhood is a local development consisting of 147 single-family homes. GLA Morris Construction began developing the first phase in November of 2005. All site work including underground utilities, storm water systems, drainage and roads performed by GLA Morris. Winter Creek is an exceptional neighborhood for families seeking a serene mountain experience within walking distance of downtown Truckee.

SIERRA BLUFFS NEIGHBORHOOD

Sierra Bluffs features 31 homesites atop a plateau overlooking Mt. Rose, Castle Peak, and Northstar. GLA Morris Construction developed all site infrastructure including lots, roads, drainage systems, and underground utilities.
